In a competitive environment the quality and performance of a company’s managers determines the success of a business, in fact they determine its survival.
The manager is responsible for every area where performance and results directly and vitally affect the prosperity and survival of the company.
Every area which is affected by every management decision has therefore to be considered in every management decision. They decide what it means concretely to manage a business. They also spell out what results the business must achieve and what is needed to effectively work towards these goals.
Through a mix of case histories, exercises and gain sharing, this workshop shows what managers are supposed to do to manage a business by setting out the principles for managers and management.
